MINISTRY TO GOD
Above all else, we seek to honor God by providing an offering of worship that contains our heart’s authentic song. Our heart’s sole motivation is to pour out all of our affection on the Lord. We aim to direct every heart in the room to Jesus and his worthiness. Bringing God honor and glory is the only reason we come— not for ourselves to receive anything or for the congregation to be ministered to, but simply because he is worthy. As a result of our worship, God’s presence fills the room and people are healed and restored. Our main objective, however, is not the congregation being blessed but God receiving all the glory.
FAMILY
The local church is the household of God. When we lead worship, we place priority on Him and them, ensuring that our personal expression is always serving to glorify the Father and serve the family. At the core of family is relationship. Within our team we prioritize healthy, authentic, and uplifting relationships. We prefer one another, encourage one another, and seek to place honor at all times.
BRINGING AN OFFERING
Just like the little boy who brought his loaves and his fish, we bring our instruments, our best, as an offering for Him. We practice and prepare to bring something excellent. The point of excellence has never been about the product or the audience. The purpose of excellence is in our own willingness to give our best to the Lord, rather than the bare minimum.
