REHEARSAL
ARRIVE & SETUP
The time posted on PCO for rehearsal indicates what time the band needs to be ready for sound check. You should arrive BEFORE this time - early enough to be completely set up and ready to go by sound check. Recommendation is to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to sound check. Remember, technical problems are expected to occur - provide yourself some margin to accommodate a problem or two. Consistent excuses for not being ready on time are a sign of a lack of margin.
IN-EAR MONITORS
We ask that each team member brings their own In-Ears. If you need a recommendation for what type to get, just reach out! Your monitor mix is a top tool for success as a band member. It can be difficult to learn how to “dial it in”, but we encourage you to make your monitor mix a practical priority for yourself every time you play. Need help? ASK!
FEEDBACK
We value feedback as the #1 tool for growth in our skills as worship leaders and musicians. Every team member should EXPECT, even ASK for feedback as they serve on the worship team. The BLL and MD will provide feedback for their team members on a consistent basis. For each role on the team we have a specific set of basic feedback points, as listed below:
FRONT LINE LEADERS
